RETURN POLICY
At the Rug Outlet, Inc. your satisfaction is guaranteed with our 10-Day Satisfaction Warranty. Should your purchase arrive damaged or defective, please notify us within ten business days so we can arrange for an exchange or replacement. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 10 days for exchange or refund.

Before returning a rug please call or email The Rug Outlet for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Make sure to affix this number to the outside of you package. Rugs returned without an RA number will be refused at our warehouse and returned to sender.

Personalized or custom-ordered item are regretfully, not-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective, in which case we will gladly provide a replacement of the item you ordered. We do not accept rugs that have been damaged or soiled. We issue no refunds after 10 days.

We highly recommend the rugs be sent back in their original wrapper via UPS or FedEx Ground or any carrier that can track and insure their packages. Please call or email us with the tracking number so we can track the package for you and issue a credit or order a replacement immediately upon the arrival of your rug. You are responsible for all shipping and insurance costs back to our warehouse or to the manufacturer if we direct you to ship the rug there.

Call us at 570 - 524 - 9494 or email us at info@rugoutletinc.com for your Return Authorization number and the address to which you should return the rug in question.

REMEMBER:
  1. Call us for an RA# and shipping address within 10 days of purchase.
  2. Be sure to affix the RA# on the outside of the package.
  3. Rugs returned without an authorization number or more than 10 days after the RA# was issued will be refused or incur a 25% service fee.
